Description:
Modern dynamic systems require complex, reliable, and intelligent frameworks to handle interconnected real-world applications. This special session bridges cutting-edge theoretical developments with practical engineering applications. It provides a collaborative forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, present recent findings, and address cross-disciplinary challenges in estimation, automation and control.
The session focuses on the synergy between advanced estimation techniques and robust control synthesis. It emphasizes how these methodologies solve critical issues in unpredictable environments, such as noise, model uncertainties, and external disturbances. It aims to share insights of both foundational mathematics and field-tested applications that drive modern industry.
Scope and Topics:
We invite high-quality, original contributions with theoretical advances and practical applications. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced Estimation: State estimation, sensor fusion, predictive filtering, and disturbance observer design.
- Control Synthesis: Robust, nonlinear, adaptive, optimal, and predictive control methodologies
- Applications: Navigation, guidance, and control for robotics, UAVs, and autonomous vehicles, smart infrastructure, smart grids, renewable energy, and HVAC systems, industrial automation, process control, mechatronics, manufacturing, and cyber-physical systems.
