Instructions for Position Paper Submission
Accepted regular papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore unless otherwise stated by the author. Authors are invited to submit their accepted papers in PDF format through EDAS by November 20, 2026
Instructions covers two phases:
Initial Submission — EDAS upload, IEEE A4 conference template, 2–4 pages all-inclusive, double-blind review, English/proofread requirements.
Final Submission (After Acceptance) with two ordered steps:
- Step 1 — Prepare your final PDF: Revise per reviewer recommendations → prepare reviewer response document → de-anonymize for camera-ready → respect the 4-page limit (extra pages at THB 1,000/page) → no copyright mark in the PDF → embed all fonts → confirm registration.
- Step 2 — Upload to EDAS and sign copyright declaration: Notes that PDF eXpress is NOT required for position papers → upload revised PDF and reviewer response → complete the author copyright declaration (author retains copyright; this is a permission declaration, not an IEEE copyright transfer).
